Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect the minimum needed to sell you a hoodie. This site has no user accounts, sets no tracking cookies, and runs no analytics. Your payment details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers.

2. What we collect and why

Order information. When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf to process payment and let us fulfil your order. We receive the order details (product, amount, shipping address, email) but never your card number.

Server logs. Like nearly all websites, our server briefly logs technical data such as IP addresses and requested pages, used only for security and to keep the site running.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to operate the store:

Stripe processes payments (Stripe's privacy policy). Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google. Our hosting provider serves the site's traffic. We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-handling obligations, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email contact@productone.com and we'll sort it out.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
