1. Who we are
Product One ("we", "us") sells the Product One hoodie in regional editions for the United States and Canada through this website. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are offers to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, and we may refuse or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment
USA editions are priced in US dollars (USD); Canada editions in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes, where charged, are shown at checkout.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Product One name, logo, product photography, and site design are our property. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order.
