Shipping Policy

Where we ship

USA editions ship to addresses in the United States; Canada editions ship to addresses in Canada. Checkout only accepts addresses in the matching country, so there are never surprise cross-border duties.

Timing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and tracking information when it ships.

Costs

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees.

Wrong address or lost package

Double-check your address at checkout — if you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped. If tracking shows your package stalled or lost, contact contact@productone.com and we'll chase it down or make it right.
