Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns
Not feeling it? You have 30 days from delivery to return your hoodie for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to start a return
Email contact@productone.com with your order email address and the region edition you bought (e.g. "Product One - Texas"). We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong edition — in those cases we cover it and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Want a different state or province edition? Start a return the same way and mention the edition you'd like instead — we'll handle it as an exchange, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order details.
